Psychosocial Risk Audit, Review and Framework
With a strong wellness focus, our psychosocial risk audit survey has been designed to identify real or potential risk hazards as well as key protective factors in place which will benefit the general health and mental wellness of all team members across the organisation.
Our Psychosocial Risk Survey centres around analysing a range of factors in line with Australian Government psychosocial risk guidelines (such as job control, bullying and harassment etc). The survey data is used to highlight key organisational trends as mapped onto a psychosocial risk model.
Our services are in-line with industry regulations including:
- Promotion of mental health and wellness
- Prevention of psychosocial hazards
- Intervention to minimise the likelihood and/or severity of the impact of psychosocial risks and hazards; and
- Recovery following exposure to a psychosocial risk or hazard

The strategy listed above underpins the psychosocial risk framework we design for clients (generally a 1-3 year plan) which incorporates both preventative and recovery factors in place as well as providing recommendations and strategies centred around promotion, prevention, intervention and recovery.
