We draw on the Leadr model which has been designed to promote an agreed understanding that all parties will work toward. With a clear, agreed goal in sight, our aim is to achieve a positive outcome by offering clarity regarding the next steps along the way.
At the conclusion of the process, the individuals involved are provided with a document outlining the agreement reached during the process which is also provided to the organisational stakeholder. The agreement is signed by all parties and treated as a guide for conduct moving forward. The purpose of this document is to offer clarity around the steps moving forward, post-conversation.
