Our Fitness for Work (FFW) services have been designed to support the worker by identifying the key issues impacting them and developing strategies to support their mental health and wellbeing.

The FFW service includes an initial meeting with one of our psychologists, as well as completion of tailored psychological assessments to gain a baseline measure of the presenting issues (physical and psychological).

From this baseline measure a psychological report is developed outlining positive factors identified through the assessment process as well as issues to be addressed and tailored strategies for these (based on the psychosocial risk model). 

This report will cover strategies at an individual, team/leader and organisational level to support a successful return to work.

We tailor our Psychological Assessment services to individual requirements. 

These assessment services have been designed to capture a comprehensive understanding of the individual's personal style, abilities, emotional intelligence, team type and leadership style.  

For team-based assessments 360-degree surveys are recommended.

Our psychologists are registered users of SHL, ACER, Hogan, MSCEIT, Personal Directions, Birkman, DISC, Neo Pi, 15FQ and a range of abilities assessments.
